Sportsbooks and persons in Costa Rica

The last time I was in Costa Rica, maybe 3 years ago, I know there was a problem with getting a phone line, but i got one in a week or less, but now Im hearing that there's a huge problem with getting a phone line, and there's mostly TMDA etc.

But before I say what im going to say, I would like to know If there is a monopoly with the phone system, and here I go,

This is a potential HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
money maker, if persons are waiting months to get a line, that means there are a bunch of people waiting, plus the ones that have would want to change.

Im talking millions of dollars to be made, why not look into this and make some good money, the population is huge enough to make a billion dollars in 5 years or less.

There is still a monopoly and still waiting lists for cell phones. CAFTRA is supposed to change this, but we'll see.

My wife can get a cel line this afternoon if she wants. In fact we just cancelled one I had her get for a visitor who was here for a few months (tops) and recently went back to the states.

thats a tdma line must likely, gsm you have to wait til december so they put out the first 100 k lines on the market or at least the last update i read on the newspapers

there's sooooo much money to be made in that industry, soo much, I wish i could be a provider I would be a very, very happy camper
