They are telling me it will take 3-5 weeks to be processed. Just wanted to make sure this was standard?

I have been getting the run around from these guys for a while now myself. they keep telling me the same crap! telling me a day or two more days....but i havent recieved anything. I first requested my payout on JULY 7th. now the are telling me it is going to be at least 3 days before they figure out what went wrong. they are claiming that they sent the funds to their processer on August 11th and that they cant figure out what the problem could be. because everyone else has been paid. I have been on the phone with the "customer service" superviser everyday for the last ten days but he keeps giving me the same line. we are working on it......im sorry.... lots of talk but no $$$$$ and no real answers, just tico talk. they owe me just over 4K but will I ever see it????

I first requested my payout on July 7, 2008. Sportsbook told me that they sent me my money on the 11th of August. and that it would take 24 to 72 hours to hit my account. however, 72 hours came and went several times and I have recieved nothing to this point. On august 16th They are told me that its a mix up and it is very rare. now they are saying that it will take till next week just to ID the problem. and that they are now unsure if they will even have any time frame at all by monday. to this point it is nothing but BS from these guys ill beieve them when i get the money in my hands and not before that. they owe me just a bit more than 4K but at this point who knows. CAN ANYONE TELL ME MORE????

Sportsbook.com What the....

I have been trying to get my money from these guys for about two months. They said that it has been sent to my Quicktender account on Aug 12th and that it will take 24 to 72 hours to be posted. well... 72 hours came and went several times and still nothing. on Aug.15th I spoke with the "customer service" superviser and he said that it is a very rare glich and that they are working on it. at this point they are pushing the blame on the processer. but they cant tell me when i will get paid. they cant even give me a time when they can give me a time. how about that for service. He says they are a very big and solid company. Any info will help.. anyone know anything about these guys. the owe me just over 4K and i dont have much faith at this point. Will they pay???

My situation is very similar. I'm owed over $3,000. I requested a payout in early July. I'm getting the same runaround as you. 3 weeks ago they supposebbly sent me a card to use to get my funds. I still haven't received the card, but they keep telling me its been sent and I should receive it any day. I've learned you can't believe or trust anything Sportsbook.com says. Their full of sh-t. I will never be their customer again. Many other solid books to choose from.

Yes make your withdrawal in routine fashion. I would talk to CSD and see what options you have (it may depend on how much you are withdrawing) and select the one that is most attractive to you. If your withdrawal is over 5K I reccomend a bank wire, that is the quickest way to withdraw larger sums but 5K is the minimum for that method.

When the time is right, I will help you if you need it, for certain.

Thanks, wil.
