Sportsbook with drawal problem

I made a withdrawal of 250 from sportsbook.com April 3, 2008. and as of today i have not received the payment. I emailed them 3 or 4 times, and they keep telling me that they had a problem with a batch of payments during that time. They told me to be patient and let them fix the problem, but i feel like they are giving me the runaround. Has anyone experience any problems from them?..

Include the date and amount of the withdrawal please so I won't have hunt down this thread when I make the call. I will find out asap when you will receive your $250.
