Frankie5angels I can say probably any place is for sale if the price is right. I know of no offers though where you can basically purchase the equipment at its used value and begin immediately without interruption. Everything is set up and ready to go. The cost of buying the same equipment picemeal would be far greater than what we are asking. Additionally you do not have the hassles of dealing with the government from scratch as well as all the services necessary that would take a very long time to get into place. If you were interested in opening a place from the ground floor you would have to start this month in order to be ready for the football season. All of this is in place and operational.
I know some guys that have been looking for something like this, but they feel the prices being asked are just too high. There are quite a number of places that have made it known in the rounds that they are interested in selling out, but of course the right price is a big sticking point.
