i had gotten a free 100 dollar acct from them.i wagered a 5 team parlay for a 100 bux and pulled off a miracle and hit.they sent me a check today for 2000 after losing a few bux back to complete the rollover.i'm suprised they don't advertise here at the rx as so far i feel there a class act.(hope the check clears):lolBIG: .anyone ever use them?

I won't use this book because of the non-stop string of complaints I've been hearing about them for a good 2 years now. They're on my personal DO NOT TOUCH list. There are too many stories to even start describing. They slow-pay; there have been instances of them getting shady with revoking bonuses and grading of wagers.

Seems like they're always dicking someone around.

I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone. At the other forums I monitor, you just need to say the words sportsbook.com and the guys start lining up to tell you their horror stories - with passion.You have been warned.

They have had a lot of complaints because of their customer service. Although on the phone they are often polite, they sometimes don't respond with the info you want and their emails are slow.

However, I believe your money is completely safe with them, and they offer good promotions.

And in the past they pay very quickly and the one time there was a problem with their payment processor for bank wires, because it got delayed for over 3 weeks they payed me an extra 9 thousand cash on the bank wire ( 10%) for my inconveniance, will always remember them for that.

They are solid, but they are very very big. impossible to be as fast as others

I have always found their payouts very quick.

I phoned them monday morning after the superbowl to request a check payout.

They had to send 5 checks in one fedex envelope which I thought might cause some trouble.

It arrived on my door wednesday.
