I have dealt with sportsbook.com and never ..I repeat never had a problem..except for the time when my dog chewed up my fedex check..did take a while to replace the check....but my dog alsways hits the winners..She says NE covers easily!!

I have dealt with sportsbook.com and had several...I repeat several...problems. Slow pays, double billings on deposits, inept customer service, improper grading of bets, etc. No problems with my dog though.

Glad it worked for you (or whoever you work for)...but I sure wouldn't recommend that book to anyone.

I have bet with them for years and have had not problems. They take most credit cards and they pay pretty fast. The only complaint I would have is that they ask for a credit authorization form and that once delayed my payment because the info they had on me was different than what my CC company had (I had moved).

Other than that, I am much happier with sportsbook.com than another sportsbook I occasionally play with, BetRoyal (took over 2 weeks for a payout).

sportsbook.com is about one of the worst books as they are rated D by SBR. I used to play with them and left because I had to wait almost a month for a wire transfer. Of course, they claimed my bank made an error.

This is the book that Stu Fiener and Kevin Duffy endorse. Since they recommend this book, I can't believe anyone would have any problems. They are reliable sources.... Just Kidding. What more do you need to know.

Being "solid as a rock" doesn't really help a player when they take two weeks to process a withdrawl, then blame the delay on your bank, then say they made a mistake and now really have sent it (3 weeks later).

Then the wire still doesn't show up and they claim that it must have been "lost" somehow, and someday in the future (they can't say when, might be a few more weeks) a Withdrawls Dept. specialist may contact you to "trace" it. Then they stop replying to emails and putting you on indefinite hold when you call.

Do I sound a little bitter?

Yep, not a bit of that surprises me---it all falls under the c/s category. Truly awful, I don't recommend them to anyone. But, once again, this has nothing to do with financial stability.

Agreed Rog, it has nothing to do with financial stability or the book's profitability. However, from a player's perspective, stability doesn't matter a whole lot if you simply can't get paid due to inept operations.

Also, I would tender the notion that a book that continually generates such negative reactions from a client base will not remain financially secure indefinitely.

If you think owning a debt mountain and claiming net assets of £91M inclusive of intangibles & goodwill totaling an astonishing £128M is rock solid, then good luck to you, you might just be needing it if you have no worries about your exposure this company. This company can in no way be described as being fiscally in good shape, which is about the kindest way I can think of putting it.

NO ONE has more customers than these guys!! NO ONE IN THE WORLD!!!!! They have best named sportbook in the world as well. They get TAONS of squares
