I posted a theory nearly two years ago that they were not totally inept but that they purposely made the payout process extremely difficult so players would think twice before trying another payout. It helps them weed out winners. After all, if you lose all the time you have no idea how bad they are.

I think it's as true today as it was then. They have made no attempt whatsoever to make payouts smoother. Same complaints, same lies, same stalling methods year after year.

I thought when Sportingbet bought them things would change. They did, for the worse.

Thanks eric,

I've been told by many a customer service rep that they wished all customers were like me. I used to wish all books were like the good ones we all know. Now I don't wish anymore, I just transfer all my money to them.

They slow paid me over 8 mos and still owe me a few bucks. They are garbage. Who cares how safe they are in their own funds when they don't pay you.

Sportsbook.com is only in business because of it's URL - the name itself gets people there and that;s truly a travesty.

Jay has his head a little too far up their butt and can't get his facys straight and pretends that all their problems are because of the pseudo "defrauders" that are running rampantly in thier operation. Moreover, the late pays are all a result of their tight guidelines protecting themselves from all fraud! What a bunch of bunk.

Since your so convinced that fraud is not nearly as rampant as I make it out to be I invite you and anyone else to make a trip to there office and look at the excel files full of fraud customers. Wether its people depositing with a cc making a play winning requesting a withdrawal and charging back the cc. Or making a play on a WU and cancelling it when the play loses. Or opening multiple accounts to get multiple signup bonuses or opening up multiple and referring one another and the list goes on and on. Do you guys trully think I am pulling all these things out of my ass?

True to an extent what you said. Sportsbook.com grew leaps and bounds for years. Only in the last 18 - 24 months have they concentrated on retention as well as improving customer service.

It's not the name. I'm with SB.com because of their Nascar line-up.Yesterday at Talledega, Olmpic posted 12 driver match-ups, Pinnacle 9, SB.com posted 34 m-ups. Absolutely Awesome!!!

I worked there everyday for 4 years. In fraud there is NO ONE jerking off and not looking at accounts 12 hours a day. They stay busy I assure you but if you would like fly on down there and see.

No Jay - I believe you BUT how can it take this long to look at EXCEL spreadsheets???

In my case it has been since LAST Wednesday.

Now we are moving into Tuesday and still no withdrawal.

I would love to see it because I just don't understand how it would take this long.

WWTS
WSEX
GRANDE

so on, and so on have no problems processing withdrawals timely....

Here's a novel idea; hire more employees if the payout demand is that great! If this has been happening for 4 years I can't believe they are still in business! You talk about a fraud ridden business lets consider the banking business and it does not take them a week to process my withdrawal! They just don't like parting with the "clients" money, I believe they think its theirs! Just admit it, they don't like to pay and have contempt for every player that wins! Fraud, give me a break!

And by the way, if you or sportsbook.com wants to pay for my ticket, let me know , it sounds like they could use my professional help with running their business operations, sounds like they have some real clowns running the place!

Jay,

They accused me of doing something THREE years ago. The problem was, I couldn't even deny it or prove them wrong.

I asked them to think logically:

a) My total handle with them was over $100,000
b) I was going to give them my account information at WSEX and Grande and ask them to check if I ever tried that stunt with those guys
c) It was ONLY $330 bucks, for Christsakes.

I mean, for $330 they have lost close to $1,000 to $2,000 in vig (that is 20K to 40K in action). They didn't want to listen to me. They didn't want to verify ANYTHING. Their attitude was, "they were going to freeze my account and I couldn't do jack shit about it."

THAT is what sucked

well what is really depressing is that I did nothing wrong and played by their rules ( I won fair and square) and now I have to go through this...

Makes me sick.

Not really fraud - three years ago my credit card was having problems with cash advances, and maybe the credit card didn't allow the funds to go through to WU, I give them the benefit of the doubt on that, but to accuse a player with a handle of more than 100 K of defrauding them of $330 bucks is WEAK. Especially when my record there and everywhere else is squeeky clean.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY WOULDN'T EVEN CHECK IT. THEY WANTED THE $330 FOR SOME REASON.

They've lost more that a couple of thousand in vig as a result, but that's their choice.

My point is, they will have a tough time growing if that is their attitude

well Cincy - The thing of it is; you may have had a small issue, I HAD NO ISSUE.

I really thought I be paid today. Now, it sure doesn't look that way.
