So Sportsbook just decreased my limits after a "management decision". Anybody know of an appeal process. I wager moderate amounts with the occasional larger bet. I was running hot for maybe a month but down last two weeks and now they want to cap me???

Any contact or information is appreciated.

(Sorry mods if wrong forum...I haven't been a frequent visitor in a while.)

Try bookmaker, they don't pull this sh*t like 5dimes & many others like your book.

Pinnacle is an excellent book as well if you're outside of the US

sportsbook.ag owes more than $200k to players. They are limiting you to prevent further losses on their part.

That's disconcernting to say the least.

I've been with them a long time but of course, now is the first time I've been betting a little higher and slightly profitable. On 5dimes too, Haven't tried bookmaker (in US.)

So this random decreasing of limits is normal???

According to this other gambling forum they are paying but it takes very long to get paid. Three months on average to received a check.

So going back and forth with management (via email) I'm getting no straight answers and being told that this wasn't a "customer service decision" but a "line management decision."

Can anybody spell this out for me what they are implying? Do they think I'm a part of some syndicate with my $500 wagers?

Are you betting steam? If yes, then that is what they think.
If you are taking advantage of their dog friendly lines, they don't want to get beat up badly anymore and are limiting you. Consider it a badge of honor.
