The 2009 RX Bash Goers MLB Capper Challenge
The Challenge will be taking place in the Offshore forum between August 8th and August 12th inclusive.
The format is simple. Each contestant will be given $1000 fantasy dollars and must make exactly ten (10) $100 wagers on the ML (sides only) in MLB Baseball during the period from August 8th to August 12th. Players must achieve this by posting EXACTLY 2 selections each day (no less, no more) on the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th.
There will be a Lines Thread for 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th posted in the Offshore Forum. For the first 3 days you will post your selections in those respective threads only.
Selections for the 11th and 12th will be PRIVATE. Those selections will be sent by email per instructions below:

-You must make two (2) $100 plays on each of the five days in which the contest is running.
-You are risking $100 on each play, whether the play is an Underdog or a Favorite (total risk of $1000 over 5 days).
-All games are LISTED PITCHERS. If there is a pitching change in your game you may post another play as a make up.
-If you do not post another play it will be assumed you are satisfied with the new pitcher and therefore accept ACTION with adjusted odds (closing Betonline odds as listed on SportsOptions).
-We will use Betonline's official MLB rules for grading purposes.
-If your game is rained out you may post another play.
-If one or both of your games is rained out and you are unable to post make up play(s), you will be allowed to post those make up plays the next day in addition to your (2) regular plays.
-Grading is done by rotation number. In any case where a rotation number and a team name do not match, the rotation number shall be predominant as the play not the team name. If a play is posted without a rotation number, it will be graded as follows:
(1) Graded a push if the outcome is a win.
(2) Graded a loss if the outcome is a loss.
-Deadline to post will be 5 minutes prior to POSTED start time of first game on your playlist. If any plays are posted past the deadline, they will be graded as follows:
(1) Graded a push if the outcome is a win.
(2) Graded a loss if the outcome is a loss.
-Editing your post is permitted in the first 5 minutes. If no changes are made in the first 5 minutes, the posted plays will stand. Please do not make a second post to correct a mistake. Edit your original post. Any edits or posts after the 5 minute window will be ignored.
-You may only make one post per day (unless posting a second play after rain out or pitching change).
-Any unforeseen circumstances will be ruled on by contest moderator JOH™. A decision will be made "on the fly" and that decision is final.

If all goes as planned, nobody will have prior knowledge of the winner when it is announced at the Bash!
