i requested a payout on March 2, and am a long ways off from seeing my money, if ever at this point. I have been a long time customer of sportsbetting.com/ag and have never had problems with their payouts, outside of having to wait the 3 day BS period. A check payout used to take one week to the day for me to receive, then they started taking 2 weeks to the day. So I went to bank wire for payouts and they were really quick at first also.
I hound them every day about my payout, which doesn't seem to help. Today I was told that there was another delay (like the 100th one now), but "You should receive the funds either this week or next."
Who wants to place a wager on me getting paid by Friday next week? I'll take the other side.

Youll get paid within the next few weeks. They have been delayed with all us customers. This site takes in 5 million dollars a month from customers they are so filthy rich its not even funny. They are honestly just having a processor issue. It just sucks for people who need their money right away to pay for cc bills and rent.... but youll get your money soon. I have 20k in my account right now that i am confident i will get.

something i will say in defense of this site even though my payment took about 86 days is once I spoke to someone knowledgable at the book they explained the processor problem in some detail....basically a time window from around December to approx March all payments especially to US are backlogged...they are working through the backlog and people are starting to be paid, myself included
the check came from a brand new processor out of Asia....they say that new withdrawls will go through the standard amount of time which is approx 10 business days from approval date... I currently have a withdrawl that meets these parameters and i will update of it comes on time and from the new processor....

tomorrow marks 6 weeks since I requested withdrawal (5.5 weeks since approved). I get the feeling that their CS staff is kept in the dark about a lot of details - either that or they lie to people a lot.

Yes this is my first time posting b/c im getting the run around with this book...I have two processed withdrawals one on 3/29 and one on 4/9. They both told me 7 to 10 business days on both withdrawals. Now the story has changed to 10 to 20 business days. Withdrawal Customer Support is very generic and short with you about the information they give you about your withdrawal.
yeah I did because, no matter what the circumstances, payouts with this lead time are ridiculous.
believe me when I say I'm a long time customer of theirs, but the last couple years things have gone in an undesirable direction. payout lead times have increased, and my current payout being fubared has pushed me past the point of returning to them. there are other good places out there.
Ya i just created an account because this was the first problem i ever had. They will pay everyone im 100 percent sure. In my opinion they are the best sportsbetting website out there. i deposit 5k at a time and get great cash bonuses. always get paid never cheated. i will continue to play with them even if it takes 1 month to get my money.

I had a long conversation with a representative from Sportsbetting.ag on Friday. The representative was upfront with me and explained that they are having problems with the processor they use for U.S. players. They are in the process of seeking a new processor.
Regardless, I was assured that all players who have requested payments will be paid. The company has the money, so it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when players will get paid.
The representative stressed that solving their payment problems and paying players is their number one priority right now. She suggested that players may want to consider requesting checks rather than banks wires in the short term. Until a new processor is in place, checks will be quicker.
I will continue to communicate with Sportsbetting.ag and keep you updated of further developments.
