Pacers @ Cavaliers

wow, two very hot teams go to battle sunday afternoon in what should be an excellent game. The Pacers have won their last 5 aswell as 9 of last 10. The Cavaliers have won 8 of last 10 & have won 5 in a row aswell.

As I was reviewing the Pacers last 10 games I realized I have bet against them their last 3 games!!!

Had Boston as a home dog on Friday, Had Toronto + 10 (They lost by 10 in OT), & had Denver as a home dog when Indiana was finishing a 4 game road trip. Now I went 0-2-1, however I deserved 1-2 with a very tough OT push.

I am liking a very hot Cavalier team as a home dog on Sunday, I beleive The Cavaliers will be more motivated for this game in front of a National audience on Sunday, Cavaliers may very well be the Pacers first round playoff opponent & you could bet they will want to make a statement. Pacers must be getting weary after all these road games & may not give the Cavaliers as much respect as they deserve.

I am currently seeing + 3, but as I write this I am gonna hit the sac & hold out for a possible 3.5 in the morning...I may have to fund my Skybook account to do it.

As a lurker feeding off the winners you guys put out, I spent my time cappping the cappers here. You've gone 0-2-1 capping against the Pacers(could be 0-3) It tells me you are undervaluing the Pacers. youre going against them again today. your pretty consistent so 0-3-1 is more likely than not. Just an observation, no disrespect intented. thanks for the winners and look at your Pacer bias it could be costing you money.

I don't know if you undervalue the Pacers, but I would say this... Cavs have won 5 in a row, in their division as well. They are getting tons of media attention. They nearly beat Indiana at home last time they played, before they got MUCH better. The Pacers are quite UNLIKELY to take them lightly. The Pacers are having too much fun too be road weary. The Cavs will feel pressure late in the game, much as the Rockets do vs. the Spurs. First half anything could happen, but I would look for the Pacers late in the game. Statement game for Pacers to remind upstarts that they are not quite there yet...IMO

agreed Falco, but remember, I deserved much better with the raptors getting 10...& the game went into OT...so in reality 1-2 is a more likely record...

As for the other 2 games, yes they were losers, but only by a small margin...

that being said I am gonna stick with intuition despite the loss of value in the point spread movement

YTD 32-25-2 (Began Posting/Tracking NBA plays at RX just before the ALLSTAR break) Every play thusfar for 1 Unit. (1 Unit = 1% of bankroll).

I am tempted to cover with Indy -3 for the 2nd, but I will stand pat with my Clevland bet...

NJ Nets + 3 -117 (Pinny)

what bullshit on that total of the 2nd half in the Cavalier game...91 total points scored, the only managed 30 something after I thought it was in the bank with 53 points in the third...That really pisses me off...

On a lucky note I did sneak in a second half ML play on the Pacers -165 for the 2nd which hit by 1 point so I guess I cannot complain too much...

Well I am officially chasing after what has turned out to be a horrible day, at the end of the 3rd quarter of the early games it was looking like I would start the day 3-0, all I needed was 39 points in the 4th of the Cavs game & for the spurs to hang tough with Sacr...well they only scored 38 & San Ant collapsed in the 4th, not to mention I was with Occams on Milwakee who blew a 20 point lead...

but I like this combination of bets for a couple of reasons, the + vig in each case aswell as the fact that we are going against the public who has moved the line in each case...
