Both Tampa and Philly have been playing the Penguins defense which can make the Minnesota Wild look like a high-scoring team.

do concede that tampa played pitt twice & philly played them once...other games have been high scoring aswell howver & still feel the extra +1.05 makes this an attractive wager.
