I have seen a publication called Sportsform that's a weekly during football and basketball season. The articles and predictions aren't much but they have detailed NBA logs and each college b-ball game is listed with a team schedule and ATS information. I usually look for it this time of year when conference play begins in college hoops.
There are three "newsletter" publications that I have read. The Gold Sheet, Winning Points and Sports Reporter(which I like the best). I haven't seen Winning Points lately so they might not be in business anymore. The Gold Sheet is well respected by many, but I haven't good luck with it and to be fair have only read it from time to time. I would check out Sports Reporter, you can receive a mailed copy or view it online in a pdf file. Good luck.
