Empire online....888,pacific, empire poker....ceases u.s. buisness..65% of revenues

Paradise poker and party poker both closed to u.s. players

It wasn't a coinidence that there was an unholy rush to sell by those who did a) before signing and b) cheaply. Since they were further afraid that to sell (their US biz) for larger more realistic sums which would've needed in practical terms be deferred until after signing, that they could be subsequently be pursued for conspiracy and aiding and abetting.
