I saw your post this morning and checked with our techies. I am sure this does not help, but we appear to be having zero difficulties with our connection or our hardware. Perhaps you could give us a call and speak with one of our people so as to eliminate all these problems. It could very well be something on your end, rather than a problem on our end. NOT saying it is not us, just saying there are other possibilities. Give us a call...800-214-1788. Tell them what problem you are encountering and we will see if there is anything we can do on our end. Thanks a lot.

No, there is nothing wrong with my PC or connection.
I also have an account at las Palmas, they use the same software you do and ALL the reports work fine.
When I run Pending reports its done in two seconds, no problem. But when I try to run other reports, the system does not generate them and times out after 2-3 minutes. I was able to run Last Week report only one time. Im using windows xp

I apologize for this situation. I am not sure why you are having this problem, but I would love to be able to help. I have checked 4 other accounts with a decent amount of pending action from a server that is in the USA, and I have had no problems running the reports. I have not received other complaints regarding our reports. Please, call us and tell us what is going on, maybe we can help.

I guess I should be a little more careful when I read posts. My bad. I did actually verify in a few accounts that the reports, other than pending, are not working. $25 help bonus in your account, and I assure you that they should be working in the very near future.

Jake, please just fix the problem.
It doesnt work on my home PC, I tried to run them on 3 PCs at work all had windows xp and they dont run.
Please just fix the reports. Its not bad idea to upgrade your software to the latest version. You are running an old version.Also, I dont undertsand why your software is shortchanging people and excludes the pennies. Other books that use the same software dont do that such as Las Palmas, Grande, ....

Come one Jake! This is not good. You were able to reproduce the bug but its not fixed yet. What is going on?
