I've been having the same problem at Sportbet. I can't log on to their website. Also yesterday I called to see if the $1000 that I won in the contest was in my account. It wasn't in my account and they said it would be done today. I just called and guess what. They told me to call back because their system is down.

I never put the money in your account, cuz I never heard from you as to how you wanted your winnings. Some winners had it sent and some left it in and got 20%. I just needed you to let me know. Now I know, and the 1k +$200 in bonus was added to your account. GREAT JOB in the contest and we look to see you in the next one.

I wasn't in a good mood yesterday. I'm still not in a good mood today. I most likely won't be in a good mood tomorrow. When I'm not in a good mood, I don't like to be jerked around.
When I make a deposit over the internet I expect it to be credited, if not immediately then within a reasonable timeframe.
I do not expect or appreciate having to contact the sportsbook to remind them of it and then having to wait for them to call me to "verify" it.
If I have to go through all that trouble for a lousy $71 deposit, I can only imagine what hoops I'd have to jump through to get a payout.
Maybe I will, maybe I won't play at Sportbet again. But they definitely will not be on my top ten list.
And of course I lost...
