Hey zack, I can relate to your getting the runaround with this book. I needed 6480 in action for a payout and gave them 1500 to win 2025; 1800 to win 2250; 1800 to win 1000 and 2000 to win 1980. Thats 7100 risked, but just got declined on a payout that was already confirmed for release. They must be adding up the lesser of the risked amount and payoff amount. In that case it comes out to 6280. Grrrrrr ,,,first book ive ever seen do this,if thats the case.

Gamblingshark,

There are more than one reason your payout could have been declined. I would not jump to conclusions. Normally, if the rollover is not meant, your payout is processed and we penalize your bonus. Please call me and I will immediately look into your situation. I am in the office now. 800-214-1788 ext. 2007.

Gamblingshark,

Glad we talked and worked things out. I was happy to explain what had happened. Let me know if you need anything further.

No big deal,,I got stuck with a 5x rollover because I played in the casino for a few minutes and relinquished my 3x rollover requirement automatically in the sportsbook. Ive never been tied to a rule like this but its not as bad as the wwts rule of carrying over your rollover requirement into subsequent reloads, that I dealt with months ago.

LOLLLLLLLL let you know if I need anything further? LOLLLLLLLLL now you guys sending me email for an ID. Everything was already verified on sunday then declined. Now Ive met the 5x rollover. Now you want an ID. I think I should be the one saying, let me know if you need anything further. Thank you for getting me in shape for summer by jumping through all these hoops.
