I had an issue with the live casino. I waited 5 days for my decision to be found in their favor. I talked to the GM-Owner Tony and he had to be the rudest person i had ever spoke to in my life. Of course the only to speak with him was through a chat. The thing i didnt like about the whole situation was the only way to make a claim was through the sportsbook customer service. Their are no phone numbers or email address for the live casino. So my fate was through a third party decision. Not saying they are a bad sportsbook or do not pay, but i guarantee if you have an issue with something the result will be in their favor.
