Raiders (and anyone else who has had this problem),
On Friday, we converted our software and we were down for a pretty short period of time, and on Saturday we were affected by a worm that was going around. This caused us to be down for an hour or two as well. I am happy to report everything is back to normal. It has been a busy week for us, with the conversion happening at the same time as the first week of college football, but I am happy to say that I feel our staff did a tremendous job.
That being said, if anyone is experiencing any problems with their account...in any way, please let us know. This new software is a definate upgrade and I am more than confident that all of our clients will agree.
