Pops69 is coming back to TheRx.com this weekend. He emailed me this week and got a new password.

For any of you who are not familiar with Pops, he runs three season long capping threads during the year, one each in Baseball, College Football and College Basketball.

There are many nuggets of wisdom in his threads for those interested in intelligent handicapping.

However, at least 55.66% must have Legitimate Value
