You are right. It was Royal's initial intention, after learning that our customers were being spammed by BJM, to look elsewhere and move on.

However, beginning of September, some of our long time customers began complaining about being harassed by BJM. Here's an example ( mail received by one of our customers ) :

We immediately asked Spiro to have BJM cease this kind of unethical approach. Copy was sent to sbr who posted the following :

Unfortunately there was no follow up to our request. Eventually, a couple of days later BJM began harassing our customers on the phone with the deceiving approach described on the initial post.

As our requests to stop this unethical actions was not being taken in consideration Royal Sports decided to make a public request.

We owe it to our customers, who have been the innocent victims of this unfortunate situation.

Hopefully this will finally stop. We really wanted to avoid having to come to this point, but it seems this was the only way.

When working in manufacturing I designed hundreds of Control Plans & PFMEAS very aligned with the AIAG/QS9000. My plans were good and very up to standard. When I left I thought, those are mine, I created, maintained, & updated them for several years. Afterall, if I choose to go elsewhere in the same business, they could be of good use. NO, they are not mine. They belonged to the company I worked for.

For me to take them with me, is stealing/theft.

My opinion is the same in this instance. When the employees left Royal, they had no right to take anything with them, EVEN if they were owed money.

This list belonged to Royal Sports.

Gentlemen let's all STOP jumping to conclusions here and put this in perspective:

Just because 1 or a couple of Royal's customers were called...doesn't mean they took Royal's list of customers.

FACT: You can purchase a list of online gamblers from a legal Opt-in email list company in the states (w/ phone #'s)and I can GUARANTEE you that many of Royal's (& other books) customers are on that list. This is NOT stealing...this is NOT underhanded marketing techniques...this is just competitive business.

Online gamblers use an average of 3-5 books anyway...so if you have a good product and provide good service and fast payouts...what is there to worry about???

Royal STOP crying like a little baby and get to work and keep your customers and go out there and get more...if you know how to.

Just my 2 cents.

IB: I respect your opinion, and cannot speak for those who were called: but I am absolutely on no such opt-in list. Yet they knew not only my email address, but my name. How did they know that?

Your point about Royal crying, I don't think the same way about that. I think they're just trying to put a stop to some unethical practices, if indeed that's what's going on. I am surprised though that this could not be handled mano-a-mano without bringing it to the forum, but it's Royal's call, not mine.

With all due respect for your opinions and challenges...we have record of over 200 customers reporting being approached, over 80 being continuosly harassed.

This is unethical. Furthermore : we have acquired evidence of this "subtraction".

This has happened because, in spite of different views, our internal relationship was built on trust.

Last, but not least : Everyone knows that Marty Monroe left Royal to move to Panam. He behaved as the gentleman he has always been and has not even tried to approach one single customer of Royal. Kudos to Marty. We cannot say the same for Scotty or Victor.

you just served my friend C.A. here in Curacao on Monday with court papers because you think he is Intuition Bet...and you want the court to STOP Intuition Bet from making ANY posts at all concerning Royal Sports and your little CEO Roberto.

Talk about being a CRYING little BABY....

This is an open forum for all of us to express our opinions...but your little CEO doesn't want Intuition Bet to EVER have freedom of speech and make any comment on Royal.

What you are really telling everyone here in this forum is that you will go after them if they post anything bad about your CEO and Royal.
That will KILL the SPIRIT of the open forum that regulates all sportsbooks.

I find this a Unprofessional and Chicken Shit tactic on your part as Intuition Bet has NOT even comment on Royal for a couple of months and the last time I did post...I gave Royal a GREAT recomendation for everyone to give Royal a chance to get back on your feet. (this was right after you received the $1,000,000 cash according to SBR)

As long as you are airing your dirty laundry here Mr. CEO.....I would like you to comment on this very important issue here in this fourm...as you want to take away our freedom of speech here in a OPEN FORUM.

Both Royal and Olympic incurred in additional expenses when the deal didn't reach completion. Both Companies have discussed about this and reached a common ground of understanding with a satisfactory settlement between the parties. No party has gained, no party has lost.

Ok... But "Royal" then is NOT Royal now, however, if you say everything is kosher between you and Spiros then why are you airing this out on all the PUBLIC forums WITHOUT dealing directly with Spiros first?
