Spices and Seasoning Recommendation

I wouldn't say I am a good cook, but I been working on getting better.

I grill out alot, half the times that I cook, I have something on the grill even in winter.

I highly recommend McCormick Grilling Mates, they are spice combinations for grilling food.

Their hamburger spice is amazing. Seriously, just adding adding their spice has made my favorite burgers ever. No cheese needed. Just heavy on the spice + potatoe bread buns, + your favorite hamburger toppings = favorite burger

I use thier steak seasoning as well, although its just a small part of the marade.

Now they've added a "spicy chicken" seasoning. Again I love it. heavily season the chicken with it, throw it on the grill. Serve with a salad, its again one of my favorite meals...

It takes simple cooking and creates bold flavors.

Try the hamburger seasoning for the burgers .. I think its better than the steak seasoning.

I use that seasoning all the time > great stuff.
I am a person who cooks with alot of spices and McCormicks is one of them............
Great on steaks and burgers cooked on the grill.
I have a cook out for the family every year > steaks and burgers on the grill > 50 steaks and a couple dozen burgers.
THAT IS THE SPICE I USE...........
