I've always wondered what the audience got paid to sit through that crap. They all act so enthusiastic, laughing at all the dumb jokes, clapping as if their lives depended on it and generally looking like idiots. Maybe he used the flow-bee once too many times so now he needs the spray-on-hair.

Remember all those no money down real estate courses a few years back? Did they actually work in the US or was it shady? I don't think it would work too well in Canada but since I'm not a real estate agent I don't know. All I know is that the bank owns part of my soul.
