Plain and simple, it's within all our power to immediately increase revenue and to decrease outgo - especially the former.

Use the increased revenue in sensible investment and you will create and/or nurture assets.

Unfortunately, at this moment, there's far too many Americans who are in the mode where the only way they think they can create revenue is to trade hours for dollars via employment.
