Sometimes Heritage Can Really Piss Me Off

Online wagering could not be accessed....On hold for almost 10 mins. causes me to miss an early bet that looks like a winner.

Send an email to let them know and all you get back is "call the wagering department and they can always take your wager"....HUH???? What do you think i did?

Payouts are good but their customer service is horrendous and will never, ever admit to a fuck up.

You got that right. The Manager Gabe will never admit to doing anything wrong. I quit betting there years ago because he wouldn't give in to a legitimate claim of mine.

It's weird man.....they are suck pricks and smug...even when they have major fuck ups. I miss wally at the greek. He was a miserable guy but understood how to take care of his players.....these heritage guys are good for payouts and that's the only reason i stay.

sorry to hear Vit. CS has always been great to me, and I hear surprisingly few complaints from the CS there...

Always can fill out a ratethebooks claim....

Venting because it cost me on bundle on ohio state. Couldn't access the web page because it kept timing out. Had me on hold from 11:50-12:03 and missed the tip. While on hold I called customer service from another phone...got a person and they put me on hold that went to a voice message that told me to call back later. Crazy.

It isn't the first time with that.

I had the same problem yesterday. I used the mobile site on my phone and was able to get in.

You would think if you're running an online book you'd have the best technology available, they clearly don't.
