While I haven't really been following Penn St too closely this year...but I see Taylor Battle is shooting over 56% from downtown so far (with 5.8 attempts per game)..he shot it 28% last year from beyond the arc so there is reason for skepticism there. Cornley is the teams best rebounder (again leading the team with I think 8 per game) but he's only 6-5..which is part of the reason this team always seems to struggle so much on defense I feel. David Jackson is a kid who has always been nothing more than a defensive specialist - he's fourth on the team in scoring with 9.5 a game, not sure he can keep that up vs better defenses. Basically, this team is shooting the ball very well against some cupcakes so far, but they have struggled with defense for a while now, are basically employing the same personnel - and while they went 7-11 somehow in the B10 last year, I really didn't like that team at all. Personally I don't really have a side as I know minimal about this Penn team...just know Penn St is a team I'll probably look to fade instead of back this year (unless they can prove this shooting has been no fluke). Good luck, hope this helped a bit, probably scatter brained as I'm doing some other things at the same time here.
