-14 or -14.5 depending on where you look in favor of the Crimson Tide at this point. They've already clinched a SEC CG spot, I understand that. Alabama is somehow secondary to Florida's "brilliance" and will "obviously" lose to them in the Georgia Dome according to most "experts". But that's neither here nor their. I really believe that Nicky Saban will take the Tigers out to the woodshed and show no mercy on Saturday. I really believe that Bama's defense will control Auburn's offense and keep em below double digits. Will somebody tell me where I'm off base if at all? Thanks and GL!!!

Hmmm, devils advocate... Auburn's losses have all been somewhat close, they have a knack for playing to the level of their competition, Alabama MUST be game planning for Florida already, and this is Auburn's bowl game, how's that?

Bama has lost six straight to Auburn. Saban will have his player's sky high for this one. Bama will be hungry to demolish bitter rival, and they have the team to do it. Auburn won't score much at all. Bama has good shot to cover here.

Way too much Fla talk as surely Bama has already started preparing for the SECCG. This will be a VERY close game and Auburn has a legit shot here. You can bet your ass Auburn will bring some defense and if Kodi Burns limits his mistakes, they have a legit shot. NEVER count out Auburn in a big game and Teflon Tommy has never lost in Tuscaloosa (not to mention he is 4-2 over Saban including his tenure @ Ole Miss). Auburn has not lost by 2 TD's all year. The points are a complete gift here and the ML is worth a shot. Which ever team wins, they win by this score.....

Even if that IS the case, they won't cover 2 TD's. This is a GIFT!

They will cover 2 TDs in the first half. And Auburn can't throw it to catch up. If Bama had no bye week to rest, I would say Auburn covers, maybe even wins, but a healthy, well-rested team will destroy Tuberville and possibly end his tenure at Auburn.

Join the club: Tommy Bowden and Phil Fulmer are already members of the "I got fired because of Nick Saban Club."

Auburn didn't have a bye week as well?????? I think they did Cheese. They did not get fired because of Nick Saban. They got fired because they haven't produced in the last several years even before Saban got to Tuscaloosa. That is one of the stupidest statements I have ever heard. And if Tubby gets fired it is because the program is going backwards not because of Saban. Tubby is 4-2 against Saban while at Ole Miss and Auburn.

That makes sense to me. After six straight losses, this game is huge, but I'm concerned about all those close wins Bama has had against UK, LSU, etc. Still, I think this will be more like week 1 -- 34-10 vs. Clemson.

Auburn scores 7 or less. Question is: will Alabama score 21?

That is the only thing that bothers me. Probably just play Bama small. Auburn defense is legit. Auburn offense is too terrible to back.

I'm a bama fan and I have to say this game will be closer than you guys think.

AU will probably lose by 6-10 pts at most.

To me, this is a classic case of Overrated/Underrated and Auburn is the one Overrated.

Auburn is 2-9 ATS. People still eat up Auburn because of their name. Their only 2 SEC wins were Tenn. at home by 2 and Miss St. by 1. People still expect this team to show up, on the road, with Alabama having all the motivation (revenge, national cham. on the line, homefield, senior day, etc.)
Alabama is 8-3 ATS. Yet, people don't think they'll cover because they win "ugly".

I can see a close game at half, but Auburn's defense will wear down in the 2nd half with their offense going 3 and out (at best) everytime they get the ball. The 3 headed monster that Alabama has with their running game will do what they want.

I know JPW isn't a good QB, but Auburn has Kodi Burns as their QB, on the road. I like Alabama and if it takes Mr. Burns to play a great game, on the road, for me to lose my money, I like my odds.

Auburn's season will be a complete success if we beat Alabama and ruin their dream season. Tubs does well when his back is against the wall
