Lunch: Casado (Meat, Rice, Beans and some other shit)

Hell no... not a diet I could say is 100% Tico, never would it contain so many beans or at least my grandmother never served up beans more then once a day... but maybe you havent been in Mexico... They get by on tortillas and beans, in a paste or whole, mashed, pured.... and they get stuffed into anything Carb like as well... Not that I have anything against it but that is some serious ass swelling.... and the American Diet does have beans!!
