Ahhhhhhhh memories..................

Hurricane took down an old storage shed at my mothers, and contractors just recently were available to come rebuild. Anyhow, mom told me to come take a look and find some things I wanted to keep. Rumbling through many of my old things obviously brought back memories, but thought one particular would be fun to share with you guys on here, one's I have so much in common with. This magazine/scorebook comes from 1987, 18 years ago! I was 17 at the time, and it was probably my first year of taking wagering seriously. Thumbing through it, as I mentioned above, brought back many memories. This scanned photo below is my selections & results from week one, 1987. Did week #2's record fare as well? I'll post it soon....

Week 2 didn't turn out quite as well......

Was actually 6-8, not 6-7-1. Denver/Green Bay played to a 17-17 tie and I had Denver -10.(I think!)lol

Hache do you keep all this stuff regularly or was this something you just happened upon...do you usually keep old records ...I like looking back at old magazines to see what was forecasted and what actually ended up happening...An old Playboy magazine I have, had listed its top high schoolers and "Mike" Jordan was among the can't miss players... they got that one right.

J~Man, there's some things I have kept intentionally, such as some old USFL mags for example, but this in particular I just stumbled upon at my mothers house in old storage......

I posted a story of when i went to work for Mike Warren three years ago, I'll have to look it up, it was pretty detailed, lol...

This guy was just unbelievable...this was back in 1992 which is somewhat hard to believe its been that long ago....
