Cruiserweight 12 rounds - Seidensticker Halle, Bielefeld, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany - ARD

Start time : 6:30PM (EST)

Jean Marc Monrose vs Marco Huck

My pick is Marco Huck to win

Odds : - 300

Bookmaker : 5dimes

15 units to win 5 units

French guy is a bum with padded 24-1 record in his 2nd fight outside of France , first one was against italian Alessio Sakara who gets his ass whooped in UFC ( mixed martial arts ) now every second event . Fought bunch of nobodys in France , most with negative record .

Marco Huck aka Muamer Hukić is a talented 23 year old bosnian-german already with 21-1 record , had his jaw broken in the only loss but still kept fighting before finally going down in the last 12th round . Came back with two solid TKOs after that loss and looks to pick up another victory , massive support awaited in the crowd as he is boxing in his home town .

In worst case he will get help from our loved referees in Germany but dont think it will be needed , Huck by late TKO or decision win .

I dont have the balls, cheapest I can find is -320.

Now, I did find what seemed to be semi value at 5dimes on the under 9.5 at +125, I decided this was value coz I saw pinny at +111 and usually they are a bit sharper on these I would imagine anyway.

still shopping around tho.

Will tail. You're fucking dead if it loses.

WORD , I am like 20-0 with boxing plays unlike other sports , few weeks before our giant mutant Valuev cashed easily in hug fest over John Ruiz . Rarely have to worry when they fight in Germany , almost only way not to win is to be KOed otherwise refs will help out .Gonna watch this on TV so will try to update here every few rounds .

Sexy 12th round TKO , late TKO as predicted :toast:

Had this shit 10-1 rounds for Huck anyway , only first round he was confused with midget's style .

No problem guys , interesting fight coming up next weekend Juan Carlos Gomez - 175 vs Vladimir Virchis + 155 .

Gomez fought bunch of bums and has a massive 43(35KO)-1 record while Virchis is 24(20KO)-1 but his only loss was a majority decision loss to Ruslan Chagaev who himself is undefeated , ranked # 3 in the world and was the only man to beat giant Nikolay Valuev . See huge value here on Virchis but will have to do more research as I am not very informed about Gomez .

I am a huge fight fan - JC Gomez is a former cruiserweight champion, who moved up to heavyweight about 5 years ago. Really hasn't fought anyone of real significance (other than Oliver McCall) at that weight - and was knocked out in the first round a few years back by someone named Yanqui Diaz. Brainiac is right, Virchis is a good fighter - only loss was to Chagaev - Gomez doesn't have the power most likely to hurt Virchis, as Virchis is a pretty big heavyweight - and Gomez is getting pretty old, as I'd guess he's past 35. I see him as a James Toney-esque type fighter - has to pick his spots against heavies....probably loses pretty badly against a big puncher (see Toney v Peter)...+155 seems pretty good for Virchis...one other thing, Gomez is a Cuban, but has fought his whole career in Germany and is popular there - never know with the gift decision to the German fighter

Taking Firat Arslan over Guillermo Jones today , - 195 at 5dimes .

Fight goes off in 2 hours 20 minutes .

Guillermo Jones didnt have an official fight in over 1 year and only 2 fights in the last 3 years against 2 bums , both fights were set for 8 rounds . Today he will have box against home boy Firat Arslan who is 37 and still might have 2-3 fights left in him . Dont think Guillermo Jones can take this fight in Germany especially with questionable cardio and shape after such a layoff .
