Just taking a guess but probably for the same reason that tennis, golf, etc aren't posted. TheRX caters to American bettors. American bettors don't care much for soccer.
SportsOptions has live soccer odds if it's something you need.

I only play Soccer through Euro books. There are no good US soccer books. They will always give you crap odds if you win. 5dimes is the best but if you have been with them for a while and you can bet anything over $50 a game,then you have lost a lot of money with them.
