Nash is great, but the other Suns player are also good players too, they do not get the credit deserve, everyone thinks that they're good because of Nash, well, kind of, but not really, Marion, Bell, Thoma, Amare, and others are good players, and Nash takes all the credit for them being good.

Nash for MVP three consecutive time? NO WAY IN HELL...

again, if u watch when nash isnt on the floor with these guys, they have no idea what they're doing.

Nash is irreplacable and is the most "valuable" player on his team.

Have obviously been out of the loop the whole month of January, but just looked over the All-Star rosters. What a joke.

Nash may very will win MVP for the 3rd time this year but the fans can't vote him in as a starter? This is why I hate how our all-star teams are selected.

Shaq as a starter? Has played what, 7 games total this year?

I further my opinion that voters should be over the age of 14 (at the very least).

All Star game balloting in every sport has always been a popularity contest and little more. This was true before the advent of text/Internet voting and always will be most likely. It's a marketing gimmick for the companies that sponsor it, and any similarities to a real vote are strictly coincidental.

Not saying that you're not correct and that Nash probably deserves to start, but you can find examples like this every year in every sport.

i definitely agree with what you're saying, but it baffles me that he ISN'T one of the most popular players in the league, let alone the Western Conference...
