So who will play The Shrink???

When the movie of his life is made (production starts this fall) who will play The Shrink in the adult years??

I`m thinking James Caan would be perfect in this role......I can see James Caan at his desk answering the phone, saying "call me back later" and hanging up the phone..

What other actor could play The Shrink ?
