Suns have scored 122 after 3. Now is the time to ask the question, what is the record?
There was a triple OT game between Denver and Detroit in 1983 that had 370 points....Detroit won 186 to 184.
Most points scored in regulation by one team was the night Wilt scored 100 and Philly scored 169 points
I usually put a small play on totals this high, but knew to stay away from this one.
It really makes me wonder what teams, players, and coaches think this style of play is going to accomplish, and why owners allow it....
Yeah, it's so much better to watch "great defensive" teams like the Pistons of a few years ago, etc. I'm pretty sure owners allow it because it produces wins and keeps players loose and happy. Why wouldn't they allow it? Give me a game like this with minimal foul shots and fluid, quick action over anything else - all other forms of the NBA are dreadful to watch prior to the last two minutes of the fourth quarter, and that's only if there's money riding on it. The NBA is a joke, but when teams actually play fast and athletically it's fun to watch.
you dont like watching basketball because what you saw wasn't basketball. what you saw tonight was wwe. it might entertain people like you who dont follow or like the game, but that isn't actual basketball.
great basketball is the san antonio spurs. that is basketball at its finest.
ball movement, passing, in & out duo. that is how you play the game. people like you who don't like real basketball, but fake stuff like what you saw tonight will not appreciate the brilliance of teams like the spurs.

They play better defense in all-star games than GS did last night.
Here's a gambling tip - never bet an under in a game Jamal Crawford is playing in. He may be the worst player in the NBA. He makes no one better around and plays no defense.
haha....I've been thinking the same thing Fair
There are many guys who don't play defense on teams such as these 2, but apparently you have noticed the same thing a I have, that nobody is worse and gives as little effort on defense as Crawford.
Even the Knicks, who don't play much Defense, didn't want him!
And now Golden State is trying to rid of him........lol
