Firing up the smoker tomorrow and bbqing some baby backs. Then headed down with the fam. to my parents, where I'm making and baking lasagna. My wife has already made dozens of cookies. Champagne is on ice. We're ready to go.

Got a 5 bone prime rib. It barely fits on the egg. Will smoke until middle hits 112 or so.

Christmas Eve was a fish fest, with some pasta of course. Huskygal's family's thing is stuffed calamari, smelts, bacala salad none of which I like much. I focus on stuffed shrimp, pasta and the 15 or so appetizers / deserts. Only entertained 24 people yesterday, easy night.

Christmas Day we travel, it's usually prime rib and pasta (since we're guests, can't be sure)

Worked right up til yesterday and didnt want to cook. Got the spiral cut ham dinner from Whole Foods. Says it feeds eight and we have four adults and my niece. Five different cheese's and gonna bbq a couple dozen oysters for appetizers. Lagunitas beer and Champagne.

No, I was at the Airport waiting to pick you up. But a Customs Agent came out and said you were being detained for trying to smuggle too many cans of pringles
into the Country.
