The question asked was IF ABORTION WAS ILLEGAL should women who have an abortion be punished. Well if something is illegal and you break the law, of course you should be punished in some form!!! Trump's response to the specific question was a correct response. The media made it a huge issue when in fact he answered the hypothetical question correctly. Just another example of liberal media/the establishment crucifying a conservative!!! Trump is guilty of not answering like a politician, avoid the tough controversial questions!
Because he was being crucified in the media, he had to! The media conveniently left out the part of abortion being illegal, with headlines Trump says women who have abortion should be punished, what else was he supposed to do! They baited him and he fell for it, does not make it an incorrect response!

I agree, In at least 15 of his reversals on the subject it would be impossible for anyone not to agree with at least one of them.

A few weeks ago the media made a big deal about Trump avoiding questions.....Now when he is asked a question the interviewer makes sure he answers it.....Just like in this interview.....They press him now....They want detailed answers.
