Wonder if this is considered racist or bigoted. Guess we will be hearing about his lifetime ban from the NFL sometime early this week, probably a prime time press conference from the commissioner. Oh wait, that's only if your white.

DAVIE, Fla. -- It has not been a banner week for Miami Dolphins players on social media.
Just 48 hours after Pro Bowl center Mike Pouncey found himself in hot water over recent Twitter comments, Dolphins second-year player Don Jones tweeted a controversial reaction to the St. Louis Rams drafting Michael Sam, who became the first openly gay player drafted in the NFL.

Soon after Sam was drafted, Jones tweeted "OMG" and "horrible." Those tweets since have been deleted.
Television cameras showed Sam kissing his boyfriend after the former Missouri star received a phone call from the Rams.
Following last year's issues with Miami's locker-room culture, Jones' tweet was enough to catch the attention of Dolphins general manager Dennis Hickey.
"I was made aware of it and I was disappointed in those comments," Hickey said Saturday night. "That's not what we stand for as an organization. The draft weekend is a culmination for so many players, their lifetime achievement of their dream to achieve a goal for Michael Sam and all the other players.
"It's a celebration. ... I think it's a great thing for the league."
Hickey also said the team plans to "sit down with Don Jones and address [the comments] and handle it appropriately."
Jones became the second Dolphins player in the past several days to make controversial statements on social media. When Miami drafted first-round pick Ja'Wuan James on Thursday, Pouncey tweeted "I can't wait for our gifts he's getting us." The comment was in poor taste following the Ted Wells report last February, where Pouncey and former teammates Richie Incognito and John Jerry were cited for bullying and harassing former Dolphin Jonathan Martin.
Pouncey shut down his Twitter account after meeting with the Dolphins' brass this weekend.

Swear to God, the gay-stapo is basically forcing people to keep their thoughts to themselves. I think two guys making out is fucking revolting, but I guess it's no longer acceptable to feel that way...and there are psychos out there who will censor your thoughts if necessary.

Welcome to the modern day Anne Frank. It's kind of ironic that the Left claims to despise the Nazi regime, yet the act the same way the SS would when it comes to enforcing what they want.

Should it ever happens in the Rams locker room, it will be a first and a last.

Sam will be on the non-football injury list real fast.

When was the last time they aired a 7th round pick getting drafted and kissed by anyone?

I blame the media for all of this about Sam being gay.

So what if he likes to suck cock and take it up the ass and kiss members of the same sex... that's his life. But don't make it a huge deal and shove it into everyone's faces over and over again.

Where is the coverage of the draft pick before him? Anyone have it??? WAIT.... WHAT!!??? No cameras or media were at his house to get his reaction to air it on national television??!!

Team statement:

Miami Dolphins safety Don Jones has been fined an undisclosed amount and excused from all team activities until such time that he undergoes and completes educational training for his recent comments made on social media during the NFL Draft.
Head Coach Joe Philbin
“We were disappointed to read Don’s tweets during the NFL Draft. They were inappropriate and unacceptable, and we regret the negative impact these comments had on such an important weekend for the NFL.

Modern day concentration camps. It's no longer enough to allow people to just have their own opinions. Now the Leftist Nazis want to send you away and reeducate you if your opinion doesn't mirror their's. Roddy White and Vctor Cruz called for George Zimmerman's assassination on Twitter after his trial, but I can't recall hearing anyone insisting they be sent off to reeducation camps. Fucking lowlife scumbags...I despise every single dimocrap asshat who wastes space on our planet.

It's also interesting how dimocraps are now using employer rights since it's convenient for them. "Well, the Constitution protects your freedom of speech from the government, but not from private companies." Really? If private companies can act in any way they see fit, then why the big uproar to get rid of Donald Sterling? After all, shouldn't he have had his own freedom of speech?

Yes, say something the radical left does not approve of and your livelihood is in jeopardy and you get "counseling"

But they are big believers in 'diversity'

Just ask them.

Off to "sensitivity training" you go Don Jones! It's the tolerant leftist way. Liberals love free speech, so long as you agree with them.

Maybe half the league will take it on little Sammy on the field, assuming he ever makes it into a game (what he was he drafted, like 300th overall??). Because let's just say the culture inside NFL locker rooms isn't...'progressive'

I would be pissed!

WTF is educational training?

I think the media should ask Philbin for a precise definition.

Does he mean sensitivity training as the Sheriff puts it or is it counseling as Ace says?

I myself agree with JD.

Reeducation camp is the official title given to the prison camps operated by the government of Vietnam following the end of the Vietnam War. In such "reeducation camps", the government imprisoned several hundred thousand former military officers and government workers from the former government of South Vietnam. Reeducation as it was implemented in Vietnam was seen as both a means of revenge and as a sophisticated technique of repression and indoctrination, which developed for several years in the North and was extended to the South following the 1975 Fall of Saigon.

Fast forward…

United States military manual entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations, which appears to offer Defense Department insiders instructions on dealing with the imprisonment of anyone considered an enemy to the American way of life and how to go about indoctrinating them with an “appreciation of US policies and actions” through psychological warfare.

Will it happen? I don’t think the Government can pull it off. The Clive Bundy episode showed what would happen if it was tried. I also believe the military would not follow those orders if they were given.

Would the Government like to try? Again I think it’s just a small group of progressives imagining how "the world should be" through their narrow convoluted prism.

St. Louis Rams coach Jeff Fisher said he would not hesitate to cut Michael Sam if he is not good enough to make the team.
“We picked him within the process and we’re going to reduce this roster within the process,” Fisher said, according to ProFootballTalk. “So I don’t see that being an issue.”

Really? Good luck with that.

If Sam does not make the Rams solely due to his on-field performance, the media backlash may be a distraction for the team as the mainstream press will harass the team and likely insinuate that Sam did not make the team because the team discriminated against him for his sexual orientation or players were not ready for a gay player in the locker room.

Rams will be lucky to win a game this season with this distracting carnival following them everywhere.

The left is beyond sick.

This is why I had a difficult time getting on board with the Sterling backlash a few weeks ago...because it was phony and disingenuous. Is Sterling an asshole who deserved to be rallied against? Sure, a case could be made. The problem is dimocraps won't rally against all 'injustices'...only some of them. Selective outrage at its finest. As a matter of fact, they actually fully endorse disparate treatment of individuals as long as it benefits their cause.

The latest rally is anyone who dares to say they don't agree with Michael Sam's lifestyle, or doesn't want to see him making out with his homo bf. I'm starting to wonder if Sam did all this to make a name for himself and then become set for life within the LGBT community after he gets cut from camp. It'll be hilarious to see all the explaining Jeff Fisher has to do after he is cut.
