First they kill Virg and they are the best ever, only to see Virg scrape by Richmond and get drummed by UConn (who barely beat Baylor)

Then USC whoops Ohio State and are immediately annointed the greatest team ever to lace up cleats.... only to see Ohio State struggling to beat Troy in Columbus.

Turn down the sound people!

All these they played this team and then that team played so and so is pointless.

best all time teams in order:

1. ALABAMA (1961): led by best college fb coach of all-time bear bryant. The '61 Bama team was the breakthrough team for Bear Bryant and for Alabama football. It was the first of many great teams. Bryant would lead bama to 5 more. It is well recognized that the 1961 Alabama Crimson Tide football team was the best defensive team in college football history. Not only did the '61 Tide outscore opponents 297-25; they shut out six teams and never allowed more than 7 points in any game. The team gave up an incredible average of only 2.3 points per game.

2. ALABAMA (1992): defense defense defense. 6 defensive backs system led by george teague and antonio langham

3. FLORIDA (1996): Spurrier and Weurffels 'fun-n-gun' with great wide recievers was nearly unstoppable
