I love jury duty. It is great to put someone in jail. Got to do it twice. Some dumbass girl caught on tape stealing from Walmart and a child molester. I love these dumbass attorneys questions during voir dire. I almost got in on a murder trial but got cut.

Was selected three times in my life for jury duty.
Only had to report downtown the first time I was selected. Was excused the other two times. No trials were in session for those particular weeks.
Sat in a huge room for a week with about 100 other bored jurors. Never saw action. Hope your time is a little more exciting.

Well, I got selected to go upstairs and possibly sit on a Murder 1 trial that is expected to last 2-2 1/2 weeks.
On the questionnaire, I wrote that if the person made it this far into the process, then he was more likely than not guilty. I had to go before the Judge for a Side-bar (with the defendant, his lawyers and the two Assistant DA's). She asked me if I believed in "Innocent until proven guilty" which I replied yes, but I was just trying to be honest on the questionnaire. She then proceeded to say I was Dismissed.
