So if you live in these states, it's against the law?

Hello Group,

I just read a line on a books sign-up form that I've never seen before...
(I've deleted the books name for now)

"XXX book can not accept anyone from the States of Kansas, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, or Wisconsin. This list is not necessarily all-inclusive."

Hmmmmm why wouldn't this book accept people from those states?
Do they possibly know something the rest of the books don't?

How can these states enforce this? Can they block access to these books' sites?
I have got to believe that this would be arduous.

dont worry, they'll take you. its the same as credit cards saying you cant make tansactions for gambling and then letting them go through anyway

good example i can use here let me explain this:

where is the credit card posts up now opposed to years past there almost absolete in the gamming world and soon will be faised out all togather.

LV711, there have been a few State legislatures that have passed laws against online gambling. I assume you know NV is one of them.

Yes I am aware of NV, which makes the states mentioned by this book odd since NV isn't one of them.......

I have have seen Florida pop up a few times in these type of threads but I have no clue as to why and cannot find any recent info.

I'm sure someone knows something but I'm not sure anyone cares.
