I will try to call later. It is just hard for me when I work in an office and I'm at work during the times you guys are at home. Hard to be calling an offshore sportsbook when in a quiet office asking about how much my rollover would be and if I qualify for a freeplay with any deposit.

I just got an answer from upper management, they say the decision of closing your account was made long time ago (2011), they parted ways with you and that is how is going to remain

This is only parts of the conversation he had with us… Sure he is only interested on posting what makes him look good...

But the final decision to his own fault is the same, we don’t want his business and we parted ways with him back in 2011

The Betislands team screwed me out of close to 3k a year ago and most of them scumbags can be found at EZ these days....that's a majority of the reason they aren't allowing me to play there, but they won't admit it.

Some of the BetIsland staff were offered a good opportunity at the time and they all left two months after to go to other shops. So as much as you like to pin this on someone else and make it someone elses fault… This is really your own.

We parted ways with you since 2011 and we do not want your business

I am up several thousand dollars and never been limited. Furthermore I find Annie to be a very personable and professional customer service person. In the current environment customers need to recognize that there are not only expectations for the book, but also the player. I am glad that EZStreet has a business model that only accommodates players that work within that model. If they said I didn't fit and didn't want my business I would just move to one of the other shops available to US Citizens....as is I am glad to be a customer here and able to pad my bankroll with Bonus Plays from the contests they run here. Rollover requirements are just part of the deal....don't want to deal with them don't take a bonus or enter the contests.
