When the yankees were up 3-0... You know that SOMEBODY took out a mortgage on their house and bet everything they could on the yankees to win the series -1700

You have to believe that at least ONE person in the US made this bet as big as they could knowing they were going to make a couple hundred easy (Free) bucks.

There is a poster at another site who plunked down 16K to win 1K. He said it was a lock. It just goes to show you there is no such thing as a LOCK and laying that much juice is just asking for trouble.
