1. Montreal to win over Toronto: G Carey Price was 4-1-0 vs Toronto last year. Toronto coming off huge win over Detroit will have a letdown here vs. a hated division rival, plus the added pressure to win in front of their fans. I don't see Montreal making a bunch of giveaways the way Detroit did, I think Mtl comes out strong and builds an early lead and coasts to the win.


2. Chicago over 5.5 goals both capitals and hawks coming off games in where they give up 4 or more goals, plus they can score, i see at least 10 goals scored here. Play the over 5.5

3. New York Rangers to win over Philly: NYR defencemen are extremely good plus they can score, Rangers win.

4. St. louis to win over Islanders: way better team wins, Blues win.

5. Vancouver to win over Calgary: Roberto Luongo nuff said.

6. Detroit to win over Ottawa: Red Wings more focused here, and Ottawa goaltending is not solid. Redwings win.

LA Kings to win over Anaheim: LA played a strong opponent and goalie last 2 vs. SNJ and did pretty well losing 1-0 last game, here they should be well prepared for a win vs. Anaheim.

Col/Cgy over 5.5 goals both teams can score, and both sides goalies give up a ton of goals play the over.

Chicago to win over Phx: Coyotes are 2-0 but strength of schedule they played Columbus and a floundering Anaheim. Now they face a Chicago team who is very capable of laying a beating on them coming off a close loss last game vs. Nashville in a shootout loss. Look for Chicago to pick up the win here.
