Snake Thompson MLB 2003-2004 PREDICTIONS--Ham says "belly up"

I think that this kid goes belly up this MLB season. Here are my picks for MLB:

I will be watching this kid closely, and hope to see him fall flat on his face.

I have to agree with Hammy. Now the only thing is how bad does he fall. Does he lose all 37 units that he won last year or does he lose more?

Journey- He opened the season something like 2-6 and I went 1-6 or something close to that. We never finished the challenge...it was right around finals week.

Snake drops big units in MLB this year. It will go from bad to worse.

He is charging for his picks (as much as he can charge his sister for picks, probably her Hallowween candy or something like that), so he will constantly be defending his losing RX record by referring to his <private card>.

I won't make any predictions as far as his posted record, but I'd say you hit the nail on the head in the event he starts losing.

I just wanted to know if there was anything legal that could be enforced. I wasn't quite sure if it was illegal to sell picks. It was a valid question, I don't see what the big deal is. Slightly stupid, but valid.
