CedarCreaker, I'm not happy when he loses, but I do find his tactics extremely funny. He wins maybe one day every week (out of 7 days, right ?) and he is all over the sports forums at his website, using his own nickname as well as dozens of ghost names. And the other 6 days of week (when he loses), he tells his customers to go **** themselves if they complain about his service.
Last night he was so pissed off, he started baning his mad customers.
I do not pay for his picks, but I get them all for free, and frankly, his picks suck all season long. He need to hit 80% the rest of the way, picking 10+ football games a week, just to get even LOL. He is well under 40% on the season.
I don't know why I'm telling you this, because we all know you were shilling for him for a long time. Are you stil playing his picks (losing money) ?
BTW, His 'ONE AND ONLY' college GOY's (notice, 'ONE AND ONLY' and then boom, he has two of them in one day) yesterday were Bama (LOSS) and Vandy (LOSS). Today he piggybacked his old buddy Brian Mac (another scamer) who released his NFL GOY (SEATTLE) and guess what, they lost again.

I know a lot of guys who piad $1500 for his season of picks. Chuck promised a refund if they didn't make money, they said they asked for their money back and Chuck has refused. His clients were down huge coming into saturday and he buried them after losing both his huge plays. He also asked his clients to come on this site and ask questions like, "whats your email" or "what the link to your new site" stuff like that. Hope nobody loses money by paying this guy!

Enough, stop about the personal things. Yes we all get mad when we lose, Chuck seems to be a nice guy and just because alot of plays are not winning for him, I dont see the scam. If he turns it around will anyone have anything good to say about this guy? Its not right to bring his family into this mix.

The problem here is that this is really a contract, and if you lose and he does not refund the package price be it $1,000 or $1,500, he should be sued in civil court, however you may have to make a trip to Tennessee to do that, as lawsuits in almost all cases must be in the state the individual resides.
