I'm quitting tonight. I'm tired of waking up coughing. I'm tired of running half a mile and having to take a breather. It's shitty. I hear the first 2 weeks are the worst. Every time I've quit in the past I just eat a ton of food and it seems to work out okay until I realize I'm getting fat. The problem for that is I'm addicted to a hellacious workout plan. Eating a ton isn't an option. What do people who have quit smoking do in their free time? That is the hardest part for me. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance guys. I'm not perfect but I'll beat this son' bitch one way or another. Info would be helpful.
