how many times have you seen it, small missed opportunities, that in the back of your mind you dread b/c you know they could come back to haunt you?
A missed front end of a 1-in-1
a poorly executed sac. bunt, fly, etc.
just crossed my mind while following this Detroit-KC game on sportsline.
Detroit already staked to a 3-0 lead, Shelton up with 1 out, men on first and third. Proceeds to ground into a double play.
SEEMINGLY inconsequential, but I already have the small fear in the back of my mind that this blown chance at another run could cost the Tigers a W later (and cost a W in my sportsbook acct.).
Maybe i just need to stop paying attention to the games and wait for final scores...will decrease stress.
