Very tough sched, at least for me, this evening. But this is a play, no matter what for me. I will not force or throw a play out there just for laughs. Like to keep my winning day % up there. This is an against the grain play. Slightly contrarian or anti-square. Kings on fire, won last night, luckily, and had nice winning streak at home vs. sub.500 teams. Have not fared well back to back on road, and Hornets are the rested team. Kings shoot a lot of J's, and those seem to rim more often than not that second game. Kings have not fared well on road, and won no games by 6 or more traveling. Most of quality depth, especially scoring sold off. Bobby off the bench is about it. Pretty good minutes for Peja and CWebb, also a nailbiter, so they worked entire game. Hornets can't score. Top 3 scorers out. However, I like this loser team better. Why? They make me money. They are consistent. They have added by subtraction, and have a vastly improved defense. Held last 5 opponents to a very low fg%, on the road, against top offensive teams. I thinks worst was 41%. But flipside, never topped 41%. So we rake the unders. But Kings have only had 3 lined games under 200. And all went over easily. Better spot for under will come up. Tonight the +7 might come in handy, if the game is low scoring, all the better. Loser Hornets may be 1-4 L5, but ATS they are 4-1. Opponents are commenting about grit and tough D, no quit. They were leading in Denver after 3, last game of a brutal 5 game road trip. But they played respectful the entire trip, winning in Utah, double OT at Warriors. So now they come home, and face the mighty Kings. But the scheduler gave them a big assist. Last home game they played TWolves tough until very end, only to lose by 5. What did the Kings do against the TWolves? 1 unit is good.
Best Wishes...:howdy:
Not seeing anything in NCAA. Huge sched but I need advantages on both sides, overrated/underrated. I would rather be ultra selective and go for high winning % then throw 4 or 5 maybes out there and hope for best.
