I don't want to braodcast this by hollering from the rooftops but for smaller players the Visa Gift Cards you can buy at places like Walgreens and a bunch of other outlets (see website) work well for depositing with some sportsbooks (BetJamaica for sure)..I am not sure what the max per card is but check out the website below, my guess is at least $250 or maybe even $500 gift cards are available.

I just bought a Visa gift to go card. You say it won't work at PokerStars! Damn.

To activate the card you gotta give them a lot of info too!

A couiple of hours ago I bought a VISA gift card at the local Walgreens.
No info required at Walgreens and the card was activated at checkout. The clerk swiped it.

At home, in 2 minutes, I had deposited and was playing at PokerStars.
Use the VISA deposit icon. No info required at PokerStars.

NOTE: My brother coukld not get his card to work the first time because he did not enter the expiration date. Did not think there was an expiration date for gift cards. There is !!!

don't they charge you some juice on the cards? lol... i swear they did, or reloading it maybe... i tried this way back when... but figured paying 15% was just ridiculous on a $50 card to keep my parents from knowing i was a gamble-holic lol

This is all good for deposits...but what about withdrawals? Will the books credit your prepaid cards? Are the cards even enabled to receive credits?

technically you can refund also prepaid cards, just as a regular card.
but I don't think any book will refund to any type of US credit card anymore (at least not for a regular payout), this is currently only an option for non-US Visa as far as I know.
