Deposited $1000 into a sportsbook and was given $100 bonus, with five times rollover cash out rule. After gave them eight times rollover, my balance stand at $5300. Requested a payout($4000) via neteller on 16/May. The first payout request($2500) hit my neteller account within few mins, cant get the reminding $1500 due to their neteller account is empty, called them over the phone, and being told that i will get the $1500 by end of the day, but they failed to do so.
called again and spoke to the CS, she promised me that they will send the funds to me lastest by Saturday(17/May) 1pm EST. Still no funds in my neteller account after this time. So i called them again, This time the CS told me their supervisor Mr.... is incharge of my account and he wasn't around, so no one can help me on my payout. She asked me to called back tomorrow(18/May). Requested to speak to the manager, she told me he wasn't around either, asked her for the name of the Manager, she said" MR ....... is our GM(SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE)", I asked,"Is it Mr ....... from .......(another sportsbook)"? She said," YES, is the same guy".
Received this email from the supervisor a few hours later,
"I was away all last night and most of today and just wanted you to know that we will be processing you payout request tomorrow (Sunday). Please email me back if you have any questions or concerns".
Reply that email and asked what time will they send my funds to my neteller account. Once again, they refuesed to reply my email and failed to do the right thing.
I do not want to mention their names now, because i would like to give them another chance(will be the last one) to do the right thing, and also using any excuse of, "You shoulden post the issue in the forum before talking to the GM....BLAH, BLAH, BLAH".
I will expose their name in the forum, if they refuse to do the right thing by Monday(19/May).
